While traveling, Elijah asked a widow for some water and bread.  The widow was a poor lost soul.  She had nothing to give Elijah, but God worked a miracle through Elijah, and the woman never lacked flour and oil again.  (Art may have come from another poor widow - the one who gave two mites at the temple during Jesus' ministry.)
